This web service contains the functions for Return From Stat Dec Rejected operation.

• ReturnFromStatDecRejected
  Receives RequestInfo class object which contains required information to Return From Stat Dec Rejected action for the ticket. In return it will return ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation was successfull, if not it will return ErrorCode and ErrorMessage.
