This web service contains the functions to Associate Suspended Payment on a Permit.

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• SuspendedPayment
  Receives RequestInfo class object which contains required information for Associate Suspended Payment Operation on the Permit. In return it will return ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation was successfull, if not it will return ErrorCode and ErrorMessage.
