AddScratchCard
Receives RequestInfo class object who contains required information to add update contact,In return it will send ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation is successfull ,if not it will return errorCode and errorMessage.
Test
The test form is only available for requests from the local machine.SOAP 1.1
