This web service contains the function to add new Pre Pay Card.

• AddProofOfOwnership
  Receives RequestInfo class object who contains all values need to add new Pre Pay Card,In return it will send ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation is successfull ,if not it will return errorCode and errorMessage.
