This web service contains the function to add new Permit.

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• addPermit
  Receives RequestInfo class object who contains all values need to add new Permit,In return it will send ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation is successfull ,if not it will return errorCode and errorMessage.
